There will be a Parish Council Meeting to be held on Thursday 14th November 2024,

at Church House, Crowcombe commencing at 6.30pm.

3) Minutes of 12th September 2024 to approve and sign.

4) Matters arising from minutes of 12th September 2024.

Co-option of new Councillor.

Somerset Council Report.

a) Any Issues to report, update on ongoing issues & update on speed signage,

b) Crowcombe Combe & additional signage for HGV’s,

c) Any accidents in the Parish to report, d) Bridgwater Cycling Club, request to hold a national cycling hill climbing championships, on Crowcombe Combe in 2026.

8) Play Area.

a) Weekly inspection reports,

b) Any other matters regarding the Playground, repairs, discuss quotes for new equipment.

9) Footpaths.

a) Dog Bin update.

10) Finances

a) Payments to approve,

b) Receipts received,

c) To approve Bank Reconciliation,

d) Any other financial matters, budget for 2024/25 precept,

e) Approve internal controls and risk management reports.
